Helping businesses in Oman transform the way they operate; Ooredoo has launched its all new business app to offer its Business-to-Business customers more control over their accounts through a wide array of services and features. The innovative new service is the first of its kind in Oman in the telco market and elevates the company’s digital solutions and puts its full portfolio of business-oriented products one click away.

The business app is designed to facilitate access at an individual level which all employees of the company can view their own accounts, pay personal bills, top-up credit, add roaming services and manage loyalty points and redeem them. A second version of the app is due to be released soon with more advanced features, which will grant a company’s telecoms-admin access to a vast range of options such as management of base plans, bundles and add-ons, approving telecoms requests sent by employees and the ability to bar/unbar telecom lines as well as the management of the company’s Nojoom loyalty points and redemptions, to name but a few. The current version of this complimentary app can be downloaded via Ooredoo.om/BizApp.
