In October 2025 Ooredoo's Board approved an increase in target dividend payout range from 40% - 60% to 50% - 70% of Normalised Net Profit, reflecting the Group’s strong financial position and commitment to deliver greater value to its shareholders.
In 8th March 2026 the AGM approved the distribution of a cash dividend of QAR 0.75 per share for FY 2025, in line with the recommendation of the Board of Directors and with the new payout range approved in October 2025.
