This role focuses on driving financial transformation and optimizing group finance through an effective ESS strategy.
ESS Strategy:
Process Optimization & Transformation:
Policy & Reporting Enhancement:
Prepare, propose, and review financial policies and procedures aligned with ESS capabilities for all group entities.
Coordinate the implementation and enhancement of new ERP modules impacting finance.
Develop and enhance group & Opco reporting by leveraging Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics.
Collaboration & System Management:
Act as the liaison between Group IT, Opco IT, and Opco finance teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Serve as the ultimate gatekeeper for defining functional requirements for financial systems.
Collaborate with IT and users to identify solutions during testing, ensuring clear and concise communication of requirements.

Your profile
Experience
Minimum 15 years of experience in ERP Implementation & support
Experience with Group Consolidation & Reporting
Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations, such as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Project management experience overseeing financial system implementations or transformations.
Experience supporting ESS functions for telecom.
Telco experience a must.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management or related discipline
Accounting & finance Qualification - CA, CMA, CPA, or similar
