Doha, Qatar

At a time when organisations around the world are competing for exceptional talent, Ooredoo Group has been certified as a Great Place to Work®, reflecting a culture and employee experience deliberately built to help the brightest minds make tangible impact - reinforcing Ooredoo’s position as an employer of choice in the region.

The Great Place to Work® recognition was based entirely on confidential employee feedback, making it a direct reflection of how Ooredoo's people experience the workplace every day. 89% of employees who completed the Trust Index Survey have confirmed that Ooredoo is a great place to work, with over 92% expressing a huge sense of pride attributed to working for Ooredoo.

Employees identified flexibility among the strongest aspects of working at Ooredoo, including hybrid working, flexible hours and possibility of international remote working. They also highlighted the Group's investment in learning and development through the Ooredoo Learning Academy (OLA), partnerships with leading global institutions and continuous upskilling programmes that help employees keep pace with rapid technological change.

Chris James, Acting Group Chief HR and Sustainability Officer, Ooredoo, said: "Every achievement we've celebrated as a company has started with people. Technology evolves quickly, but curiosity, ambition, collaboration, and the will to keep evolving and progressing remain the foundations of lasting success. That's why we deliberately placed people at the heart of our strategy. This recognition is especially meaningful because it comes directly from our employees. It tells us we're creating an environment where our people can grow and actively contribute to building the future together."

The survey also reflected a culture where diversity and inclusion are embedded in everyday decisions, and where employees believe they can make a genuine difference through their work. Respondents expressed strong pride in being part of Ooredoo and in contributing to projects that are shaping the digital future of the markets the Group serves. This builds on the Group's broader people agenda, which in 2025 delivered more than 177,000 hours of training, an employee engagement score of 87, and women representing 20% of leadership roles.

Today, Ooredoo's teams are building and operating some of the region's most advanced digital infrastructure, supporting sovereign AI initiatives, next-generation data centres, international connectivity, digital financial services and innovative enterprise solutions that serve millions of customers across the Middle East, North Africa and Southeast Asia.

For professionals seeking high-impact careers, Ooredoo offers the opportunity to work on projects with regional impact, collaborate with talented colleagues from around the world and continue growing in an organisation where learning, innovation, growth and empowerment are part of everyday life.

The Great Place to Work® certification represents independent recognition that Ooredoo's people-first strategy is creating the kind of culture where exceptional people choose to build the future.
