Asiacell to trade on the Iraq Stock Exchange under the ‘TASC’ ticker

03 Qatar Telecom (“Qtel”) Q.S.C. subsidiary Asiacell, today announced that its share offer (the “Offer”) is now open for subscription. 

The Offer of 25% of Asiacell’s total share capital is open from today until 2 February 2013 to all investors, individuals and institutions with a trading account in Iraq. Asiacell will begin trading on the Iraq Stock Exchange, expected to be on 3 February 2013, under the ticker ‘TASC’.  

There is no minimum number of shares that investors can subscribe to with the Offer expected to be the biggest in Iraqi history.
