We refer to some local Indonesian press coverage yesterday (October 8) that inaccurately reflected comments related to the tender offer.

The tender offer has not been called off and Qatar Telecom Q.S.C. (“Qtel”) is awaiting government clarification on whether foreign ownership limitations should apply before continuing the tender offer process in accordance with Indonesian laws and regulations.
