Qatar Telecom (“Qtel”) confirms that there is no process underway to de-list or re-list its subsidiary PT Indosat Tbk (“Indosat”). Indosat remains subject to the rules of both the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange. It is usual for Indosat’s Management and Board to discuss such issues from time to time, as part of a regular procedure to ensure that the company’s capital structure is best suited to the needs and interests of the company and its shareholders.
