Moody’s Investors Service has assigned Qtel a “(P) A1” rating to the Global Medium Term Note Programme of Qatar Telecom (Qtel) Q.S.C. (“Qtel”) which is issued by Qtel International Finance Limited (QIF). QIF is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Qtel.  Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services assigned its preliminary “A-“rating, while Fitch Ratings has assigned a rating of “A+”.
