Qatar Telecom (Qtel) disclosed the 9 months ended financial results for the period ending Sept 30, 2009.  The financial statements revealed a net profit of QR 2,348.8 million in comparison to QR 1,838.6 million for the corresponding period in 2008.

The Earnings per Share (EPS) amounted to QR 16.01 as of Sept 30, 2009 versus QR 14.71 of the same period in 2008.
