Job role:


This role is responsible for defining implementing and managing the product portfolio under IoT Solutions.

We are looking for product managers with experience in IoT Mobility (Fleet Management) and / or Smart Building.

From Onboarding partners, and defining business models, to mapping users to needs, implementing the product and ensuring its success.

Role Accountabilities

  • Analyse Market trends and Scout Software solution

  • Design customer centric products, under Design Thinking framework, including problem statement, core value analysis and customer journey analysis

  • Assess device against business requirements

  • Define business case for product and identify target profitability

  • Define pricing and relate it to customer benefits

  • Solve the core elements under product design

    • Business definition under revenue share models

    • Operations definition

    • Technical needs requirements (aligned with Technical Product Manager)

    • Legal implications.

  • Implement product aligned with OpCos: coordinate the PLM for lean implementation that can be reused across OpCos


  • Replicate agreed upon processes for a Marketplace implementation

  • Create templates for pricing and other local decision taking items

  • Follow-up both the technical and business implementation of the product (Partner onboarding, readiness checklist…)

  • Design and validate all product operational processes and ensure all templates and artifacts are in place

  • Define and carry out  OpCos and in the field testing to learn from experience

    • Manage Product Portfolio

      • Create all product related content for Center of Excellence to deliver a successful Go To Marketing (customer presentations, FAQ list, Why us? KSP…

      • Actively participate in Launch activities and commercial plans

      • Define product performance criteria and setting targets according to market

      • Follow up on product performance an all areas: customer interest, sales success, time to deploy, operations status, partner management, etc.

Experience & Qualifications

4-6 years in B2B Product Design and Solutions

2 years of experience in IoT Solutions, in particular in Mobility and Smart Building Areas

Experience in Agile methodologies and Design Thinking

Experience in revenue share agreements.
