Background

The Ooredoo Group has made a strategic commitment to develop our B2B business across our markets. Critical to this strategy is appointment of world-class B2B leaders in markets to deliver the commercial plan. Ooredoo Group’s B2B (Enterprise) Cloud, Security & Collaboration functions are critical in providing the right usage based products to enable the monetisation for the sales / account management teams.

Purpose

This role is responsible for executing the strategy of product management for B2B (Enterprise) Cloud, Security & Collaboration Products and services for Ooredoo Group, with focus on sharing best practise from Industry and OpCos across the Group, ensuring we implement once to serve many OpCos.

Role Profile

  • Sets compelling vision and product strategy for B2B (Enterprise) Cloud, Security & Collaboration.
  • Supervise the development of B2B (Enterprise) Cloud, Security & Collaboration services roadmap and define a unique value proposition.
  • Develop and enact product roadmap tailored in line with B2B solution development strategy.
  • Supervise B2B (Enterprise) Cloud, Security & Collaboration product lifecycle and maximize EBIT by enhancing portfolio through value propositioning, bundling etc.
  • Oversee B2B (Enterprise) Cloud, Security & Collaboration solutions development and improvements.
  • Provide guidance and best practices for up-selling, cross-selling and retention activities.
  • Keep upto date knowledge of B2B (Enterprise) Cloud, Security & Collaboration solutions and support the team in acting as a center of excellence for the Group and participate and support deployment of relevant offerings across OpCos.
  • Serve as the subject matter authority for B2B (Enterprise) for Cloud, Security & Collaboration and related products.
  • Work with B2B (Enterprise) Cloud, Security & Collaboration to help discover and evaluate the potential of unique solutions and devices to help build an ecosystem.
  • Partnership with global B2B (Enterprise) Cloud, Security & Collaboration services providers. Leveraging relationships and taking their products to the market across the footprint
  • Guide OpCos on solutions portfolio expansion across the Group in line with Group and OpCo Strategy
  • Develops guidelines about pricing modelling
  • Support the OpCos with GTM and standardization activities
  • Track and monitor performance
  • Define KPIs to monitor progress and measure performance and agree on bridge plans to drive growth

Experience

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge

  • Minimum of 12 years in a similar role within an International Department of a major telecommunication company

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Business Degree or equivalent.
  • Advanced degrees (Master’s or MBA) would be an advantage
